The Engineering Team at Localz is responsible for developing and maintaining the platform that enables real-time tracking of service technicians, accurate ETAs, and two-way communication. They collaborate to ensure seamless functionality and high performance of the "On My Way" messaging system, enhancing customer satisfaction and first-time access rates. The team consists of software engineers, a QA analyst, and a lead DevOps engineer who work together to deliver robust and scalable solutions for mobile workforce management.
