Terry Martin

Terry Martin is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applied to a diverse array of Defense applications, including environmental remediation, water resources, and systems integration. Currently serving as Director of Business Development for the Federal Sector at Locana (formerly Critigen), Terry has previously held significant roles at Critigen and Esri, where responsibilities included managing national accounts for the US Air Force and major water accounts. Prior work experience includes positions as a Senior GIS Analyst at Signal Corporation and leadership roles at the Santa Catalina Island Conservancy and The Nature Conservancy. Terry's academic background includes a BA in Biology from UC Santa Barbara and a focus on sustainable installation management, energy efficiency, and climate change adaptation through GIS solutions.
