Marcello Paolillo

Marcello Paolillo is a seasoned professional in the film and creative industries, currently serving as Co-Founder of Art of Panic, a content production company and creative consultancy agency since January 2018. In addition, Marcello holds the position of Project Manager at the Festival del Film Locarno, overseeing prominent industry events, including the acclaimed StepIn think tank. Previous roles include Head of Creative Development and Production at DUDE Originals and Cinema Programming at Teatro Franco Parenti, where notable cinema events were organized. Marcello has also worked in international sales and production at Nexo Digital and as a freelance Senior English Writer for the Doha Film Institute. With a robust educational background, including degrees in Arts & Literature and Filmmaking, Marcello has developed extensive expertise in project development, film acquisition, and production.
