Howard Brown Ma

Howard Brown MA, DMS, LCGI is an experienced professional in law enforcement and crime investigation, currently serving as a HOLMES Disclosure Officer on the Major Crime Team at Humberside Police since April 2024. Previously, Howard held various roles at the National Crime Agency from 2016 to 2023, including Lead Disclosure Officer and Assessed Principal Exhibits Officer. Howard has also contributed as a volunteer with Locate International since June 2023 and served with Lincolnshire Lowland Search and Rescue from 2012 to 2017. With a strong background in police service, Howard has been involved in numerous initiatives and projects aimed at crime prevention and community safety. Educationally, Howard holds multiple qualifications, including an MA in Criminology from the University of Hull and various certifications in crime reduction, environmental design, and management studies.
