Ken Garbez

Ken Garbez is the current VP of Remarketing Services at Location Services. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at insightLPR from November 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at CarJoe from July 2019 to September 2020.

At CarJoe, Ken was responsible for bridging the gap between mobile automotive service technicians and customers. Ken helped to create a platform where customers could easily schedule a number of automotive services including car wash, oil change, and Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Ken strived for transparency with both customers and technicians, and was committed to delivering top-notch customer service.

Ken has always been driven by their passion for customer service and improving the customer experience. In their current role at Location Services, they are responsible for leading and developing the remarketing strategy for the company. Ken is also responsible for managing a team of sales professionals who work to increase revenue and profits.

Ken Garbez pursued a degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Body Design University. Ken then went on to complete their graduate studies in General Studies from Newark Memorial.
