Chad Takesue

Chad Takesue is the Chief Operating Officer for RESCO, Locations' parent company. In this role, Chad provides leadership and strategic vision to the organization, bringing operational, managerial and administrative procedures, as well as reporting structures and operation controls, to the company.

Chad joined Locations in 2005 as a full-time agent and has successfully transitioned into many roles throughout his career at Locations, including Managing Partner, Senior Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President of Property Management.

He earned his Broker's license in 2008 and was made a Partner in the firm in 2012. Chad is also a past president of the Locations Foundation, the non-profit arm of Locations. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Locations Foundation. He is also the 2022 President of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®.

A graduate of Iolani School and a former math educator, and Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Puget Sound and a Master of Business Administration from the Shidler College of Business at the University Hawaii at Manoa.
