Estelle de Bure

Estelle de Bure is a seasoned executive in the beauty and personal care industry with extensive experience in travel retail management. Since September 2010, Estelle has served as the Global Travel Retail Managing Director for L'OCCITANE Group, overseeing brand business development and P&L management across Asia Pacific, leading a team of over 30 individuals and managing more than 200 points of sale with 60 retailers and operators. Prior to this role, Estelle was the Regional General Manager for Melvita in Asia Pacific, focusing on the retail development of the organic beauty brand. Estelle's career in L'Oréal spanned from 1998 to 2011, where roles included Kiehl's Brand Manager for Asia Pacific Travel Retail, Marketing and Development Director for Maybelline, and various managerial positions within the L'Oreal Paris brand. Estelle holds a master's degree in Marketing from Sciences Po and Dauphine, completed between 1992 and 1998.
