Huascar Cruz

Huascar Cruz is an experienced leader in distribution and logistics, currently serving as Vice President of North America Distribution at L'OCCITANE Group since December 2024, where responsibilities include managing a $30M P&L and implementing a strategic site strategy. Previously, Huascar held pivotal roles at Tapestry, including Senior Director overseeing multiple facilities and managing significant revenue streams, and at kate spade new york, leading logistics and international distribution efforts. Huascar's career also includes strategic planning at Tommy Hilfiger and military intelligence with the US Army. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Military Intelligence from Cochise College and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Middlesex College.
