Maxime Petit

Maxime Petit is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management. Currently serving as Responsable de la restauration at L’OCCITANE Group since June 2020, Maxime oversees operations at Café L’Occitane 86 Champs Elysées, a collaboration with Pierre Hermé Paris. Previous roles include Responsable de salle and 1er Maître d'Hôtel at Pierre Hermé Paris, as well as Maître d'hôtel and Chef de Rang at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, where responsibilities included guest satisfaction and team management.
