Sabrina Pappatico

Sabrina PAPPATICO currently serves as Responsable Département Formulation Developpement interne et Sous traitance at L’OCCITANE Group, overseeing a team of 24 across three departments dedicated to internal formulation, full subcontracting project development, and securing natural ingredients. With extensive experience in cosmetic product development, Sabrina has successfully managed numerous projects ranging from bio skincare to regulatory compliance since joining L’OCCITANE in 2017. Previously, Sabrina held key positions at Groupe NUXE, where responsibilities included product formulation and industrial transitions, as well as management of R&D teams. Sabrina's educational background includes advanced degrees in Industrial Cosmetology and Pharmacology from emlyon business school, IPIL, and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
