Brian Litherland

Brian Litherland has extensive work experience in the transportation engineering field. Brian currently serves as the Chief Transportation Engineer at Velis, where they provide advice and expertise to organizations to improve their business performance in areas such as operations, profitability, management, structure, and strategy. Prior to their role at Velis, Brian worked as the Chief Engineer of the Indiana Division at Lochmueller Group, where they managed the operations of the Highway and Structural Design Department. Brian also has experience as a Construction Inspector at the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Brian Litherland obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Brian attended the university from 1988 to 1991.
