Michael Grovak

Michael Grovak is a Senior Transit and NEPA Engineer at Lochmueller Group since April 1996, where oversight includes significant NEPA studies and transit analyses, notably managing the extensive Tier 1 and Tier 2 EISs for the Interstate 69 project in Indiana. Prior experience includes serving as Pastor at Worldwide Church of God from August 1988 to December 1995, where Michael delivered weekly sermons to congregations of up to 400 and often addressed audiences reaching several thousand. Michael's earlier roles involved Senior Director of System Data and Traffic at New York City Transit, focusing on rail and bus service performance reporting, as well as Senior Service Planner at Denver Regional Transportation District during a major service expansion. Michael began a career in transit as Superintendent of Service Analysis/Research at Chicago Transit Authority, promoting fare policy analyses.
