Sandra Bernard

Sandra Bernard is a skilled engineer with a strong background in process engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and previously as a Process Engineer at Lochmueller Group since August 2022, Sandra has extensive experience in wastewater treatment facilities, having held positions such as Process Engineer and Senior Process Engineer at the American Bottoms Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility and the American Bottoms Wastewater Treatment Facility from December 2021 to August 2022. Sandra holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earned between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2011.
