Nicole Neff began their professional career in 2011 as an Elections Technician for Mason County. In this role, they worked with ArcGIS to provide redistricting options for voting precincts and other districts. Nicole then moved to Mason County Public Works in 2012, where they developed custom GIS solutions for County Government Departments and maintained the entire county geodatabase. In 2015, they joined Parsons Corporation as a GIS Specialist, where they maintained and further developed the ITAM geodatabase, coordinated GIS data with regional Sustainable Range Program, and created custom maps for soldier training events. That same year, they also worked as a GIS Analyst at Thurston County, where they maintained county data and provided custom map creations services to both county and public customers. In 2016, they accepted a contract position as a GIS Analyst at Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions, where they created sidewalk ADA compliance data. Finally, in 2017, they joined LOCI Controls, Inc. as the Director of Environmental Attributes and Sales, as well as the Landfill Gas Collection Project Manager and Sales.
Nicole Neff obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and GIS from the University of Washington between 2007 and 2010. In 2010, they also obtained a GIS certification from the University of Washington. Nicole then went on to obtain a Master of Civil Engineering in Water Resources Engineering from Norwich University between 2013 and 2017.
