Peter Quigley

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Loci Controls

Peter Quigley has had a long and successful career in the technology industry. Peter began their career in 1987 as the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Fiberspar Inc., a company that manufactured and distributed advanced composite materials for high performance sporting goods. In 2000, they founded and became CEO of Fiberspar Corporation, a company that manufactured and distributed high-strength, reinforced tubular plastic "spoolable pipe" for the oil and gas industry. This pioneering technology improved installation and corrosion resistance, providing dramatic cost savings and performance enhancements. The company became one of fastest growing oil field service companies in North America between 2003-2012, and was sold to National Oilwell Varco in 2012. In 2013, Peter joined Gradiant Energy Services (a division of Gradiant Corporation) as an Investor, Director, and Advisor. Gradiant Energy Services is a leading technology-enabled water recycling company serving the upstream oil and gas industry. In 2015, they became a Venture Partner at Converge Venture Partners, a seed and early-stage fund providing capital, network connections and professional support to tech entrepreneurs. That same year, they also joined White Deer Energy as a Member of the Senior Board of Advisors. Finally, in 2016, Peter became the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of LOCI Controls, Inc., the leader in automated collection of methane gas from landfills.

Peter Quigley graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering.
