Asher Kazmann

Asher Kazmann, P.E. is an experienced professional currently serving as President at Locke Solutions since January 2013. Prior to this role, Asher held several positions at Oldcastle Precast from June 2003 to November 2012, including Vice President of Sales for Texas, VP/General Manager in Houston, Assistant General Manager, and Division Engineer. Asher attained a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
