Mark Estrada serves as the Principal at Lockhart ISD since July 2018 and has experience as the Superintendent. Mark holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from Texas State University and a Doctor of Education in Urban Education and Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin.
