Alli (Gray) Klein has been with Lockheed Martin since June 2008, progressing through various roles including Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Senior Manager, Strategic HR Talent Partner Senior Staff, and HR Business Partner Manager. In these positions, Alli has led HR strategy and execution for Product Engineering and Advanced Materials, managed geographically dispersed HR teams, and developed talent for capture/proposal efforts within the largest line of business at Lockheed Martin. Alli has provided impactful HR guidance to senior leadership, driven organizational talent planning, and supported change efforts. Previous experience includes roles such as Early and Mid-Career Leadership Development Programs Lead and Talent Acquisition, along with internships at Burns & Wilcox and academic advising at the University of Michigan.
