Beth Guidry

Beth Guidry is a Senior Analyst and Military Recruiting Specialist at Lockheed Martin, where they focus on developing data-driven military recruiting strategies and leading initiatives such as the Lockheed Martin Heroes SkillBridge Program. With over twenty years of service in the U.S. Air Force, Beth gained extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and program management. They have successfully supported the onboarding of diverse talent and improved recruitment efficiency through their roles. Currently, Beth is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management at the University of South Florida and working towards obtaining their Senior Certified Professional Human Resources certification. Passionate about community support, they are dedicated to aiding transitioning service members and their families.
