Braulio Reyes is currently in their third rotation of the Caterpillar Leadership and Technical Development program as a section manager, leading the 793 LMT Mainline assembly line while prioritizing safety, quality, and velocity. Previously, Braulio held positions such as ATS Startup Project Manager at Amazon and Manufacturing Engineer during the second rotation of the Leadership and Technical Development Program at Caterpillar. A strong advocate for Hispanics in STEM, Braulio has contributed to various engineering and research projects, including internships at NASA and Lockheed Martin. Braulio is pursuing a Master of Science in Systems Engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso.
