Brian Gomez

Brian Gomez is currently a Senior HR Business Partner at Lockheed Martin, where they focus on enhancing the employee experience through relationship-building and strategic human capital management. They previously sharpened their HR skills during an internship at Lockheed Martin, and while working at BambooHR, they provided software training to HR leaders. Brian's prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Intern at 3P&T Security Recruiting, as well as positions at Land Rover Centerville, where they initiated employee training programs and policy changes. They are also pursuing a Business degree in Human Resource Management at Brigham Young University.
