Danny Sherwinter

Danny Sherwinter is the Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Lockheed Martin Space and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder. Danny has a rich background in intellectual property law, having counseled a diverse array of clients while working at various notable firms and organizations. Prior to transitioning into law, Danny was an R&D Team Lead and Engineer/Scientist at Boeing, where they co-invented patented techniques and contributed to multiple aerospace programs. Over the years, Danny has been actively involved in academia and the legal community, developing and teaching courses and holding leadership roles, including serving as Chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Intellectual Property Section.
