Dave Welch

Dave Welch is currently the Director of the Lockheed Martin Government Affairs Norfolk Field Office and Undersea Programs, where they manage government relations for Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard programs. With over three decades of Navy experience culminating in the rank of Rear Admiral, they have a notable history of leadership, including serving as Commander of Destroyer Squadron 31 and as a member of the Board of Management for the Armed Services YMCA of Hampton Roads. Welch holds a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Sciences in English from the United States Naval Academy.
