David Kukacka, MBA, is currently a Subcontract Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they oversee the Point of Use program for all Missiles and Fire Control sites. With over 16 years of management experience, David has built high-performing teams and successfully negotiated complex contracts totaling over $60 million annually. Prior to their current role, David progressed through various positions at Lockheed Martin, including Project Manager and Supervisor in the Aeronautics division, and began their career in the U.S. Navy as an Aircraft Mechanic, where they advanced to leadership roles. David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, enhancing their expertise in organizational leadership and strategic planning.
