Doug Anderko

Doug Anderko has over 14 years of experience at Lockheed Martin, serving in various technical and managerial roles including Program Manager, Systems Engineer Manager, and Senior Systems Engineer. In the capacity of Program Manager, Doug has led systems engineering for USAF defense contracts, overseeing a six-member team and handling program management tasks such as scheduling, communication with government entities, financial reporting, and automation strategies that resulted in significant cost savings. Doug's previous roles involved supporting USAF and USN defense contracts and conducting research and development projects, which included developing Natural Language Processing systems and managing software activities. Doug holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science/Studies from Penn State University.
