Glen Sears

Glen Sears is a visionary executive leader currently engaged in strategic studies at Lockheed Martin, particularly focusing on Rotary and Mission Systems. With extensive experience in national security, Glen has provided high-level advice in fast-paced environments and has a proven expertise in military capability development, foreign military sales, and operational logistics. Previously, Glen held critical roles including Commodore commanding logistics forces for the U.S. FIFTH Fleet and serving as Executive Director on the Chief of Naval Operations' personal staff, where significant studies on cybersecurity and military strategy were conducted.
