Hannah Kling

Hannah Kling, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a background in talent acquisition and business process engineering. At Lockheed Martin from January 2023 to December 2023, Hannah designed and implemented a summer intern program benefiting over 600 interns and 400 leaders, enhancing intern engagement and experience. Previous roles include serving as a Technical Assistant to an HR Executive and working as a Senior Analyst in Compensation, where Hannah contributed to learning program management and vendor management. Before Lockheed Martin, experience included an internship at Siemens focusing on user onboarding and project management, as well as a customer service role at Jeremiah's Italian Ice. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Penn State University.
