Holly Berry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people analytics and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin since January 2007, Holly leads initiatives that enhance data as a strategic asset and spearheads digital transformation efforts. Previously, as a Business Analysis Manager, Holly focused on driving engagement among early career professionals while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Holly's background also includes roles as a Human Capital Analyst Staff within the Employee Experience & Engagement Team at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included designing and administering employee surveys. Additional experience includes being a Company Representative for The Mayflower Group and internships at Sandia National Laboratories and The University of New Mexico. Holly holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies and a BBA in Operations & Marketing Management from the UNM Anderson School of Management.
