Project Lead, Simulation & System Test (sst) Pilot Training Products

Howard Nelson has an extensive background in aerospace and software engineering, currently serving as Project Lead for Simulation & System Test (SST) Pilot Training Products at Lockheed Martin since February 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing cost, schedule, and delivery of pilot training systems. Prior to this role, positions held at Lockheed Martin included Manager of Systems Engineering - IT and Senior Software Engineer, with significant contributions to the design and integration of F-16 avionic models. Howard's experience also includes working as a Simulation Engineer at American Airlines and as a Senior Consultant at Sabre Airline Solutions. Early in the career, Howard was an Aerospace Engineer at General Dynamics, focusing on F-16 structural analysis tools. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from Texas Christian University.
