Isabel Thayres

Isabel Thayres is currently a Senior Subcontracts Program Manager in the Space Business Area for Lockheed Martin Corporation. Previously, Isabel served as a Program Manager for the company's Rotary and Mission Systems, overseeing various aspects of program management. Throughout their career, Isabel has led significant initiatives, including serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Manassas Site Lead and leading a substantial food drive. A graduate of several Lockheed Martin development programs, Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management from Shippensburg University and an MBA from Penn State University.
