James Quinn

James Quinn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analysis and business development. Currently serving as a Principal Analyst and Director at Lockheed Martin since 2004, James has also held leadership roles at BAE Systems, specifically as Senior Manager of Business Development for Maritime Systems & Sensors and Manager of Business Development for Ocean Systems. In addition, James contributed to the Association for Rescue at Sea, Inc. as a member of the Board of Directors from 2005 to 2016. James's career began as a US Coast Guard Officer, spanning over two decades from 1976 to 1997. Academically, James holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Science in Business from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Government from the US Coast Guard Academy.
