Jarrett Wingate is currently a Research Scientist Sr. at Lockheed Martin, focusing on maintaining the Low Observable status of F-35s in the field. They began their career at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a Manufacturing Engineer in June 2017 and participated in the Engineering Leadership and Development Program, where they completed rotations that included assessing nonconformances and supporting the F-35 Signature Integration teams. Jarrett earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2017, followed by a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA in 2021 and an MBA from the University of North Texas in 2022.
