Jeff Goodwin

Jeff Goodwin is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in aerospace and engineering fields, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sustainment Performance Management at Lockheed Martin since January 1992. Goodwin's expertise includes multi-organizational coordination, operational readiness, talent readiness, and change management, alongside significant project management and leadership roles in F-35 Sustainment. Prior roles encompass Integrated Product Team Leader and Subcontract Program Manager, with a focus on software development, subcontract management, and performance metrics. Additionally, Goodwin has experience as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer and owner of an engineering consulting firm specializing in acoustical analysis and mechanical design.
