Jeff Perkins

Jeff Perkins has over 26 years of experience in systems engineering, primarily with Lockheed Martin, where roles have included Systems Engineer Principal and Systems Engineer Senior Staff on the Orion Artemis spacecraft program. Responsibilities have encompassed full certification authority for spacecraft integrity, risk management, and international collaboration with design teams across Europe. Significant contributions to mission success have included technical leadership in software and electrical integration and mentoring new engineers. Prior experience includes systems integration for the F-35 program and avionics engineering at American Airlines. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
