Jo Jefferies has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of International Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management at Lockheed Martin since April 2014, Jo also holds the title of Total Reward & Performance Management Lead for the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Jo was Head of Reward & Business Services at National Air Traffic Services from September 2008 to March 2014 and held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, MyTravel, Arthur Andersen, and Mercer, where responsibilities ranged from performance and reward consulting to managerial roles in reward strategy.
