Joe Nguyen

Joe Nguyen is an accomplished director at Lockheed Martin with over two decades of experience in IT management and program execution. Since joining in 2002, Joe has effectively managed teams of over 70 employees, delivering critical enterprise applications and cybersecurity services to 125,000 users worldwide. Key achievements include developing a network transformation strategy, implementing a successful vulnerability management approach that reduced risk by 30%, and leading a transition to Agile methodologies, enhancing team productivity by 20%. Joe has also overseen significant contracts with the USAF and other classified customers, optimizing performance metrics and fostering innovative team cultures. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Joe held roles in system administration and programming at Siebel Systems and Silicon Valley Bank, and has a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Virginia.
