Joseph Chong

Joseph Chong is a Staff Quality Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space, where they lead quality engineering for the Next Gen GEO OPIR Program. With a background in Industrial & Systems Engineering from San Jose State University, Joseph has developed expertise in Process Improvement and Quality throughout their career in the aerospace and aviation industries. Prior to their current role, they held positions including Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer at Lockheed Martin and Sikorsky Aircraft, respectively, where they managed critical quality assessments and defect analyses. Joseph’s early experience as a Restaurant Manager also showcased their leadership and operational efficiency skills.
