Kaila Wilson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Product Owner for the Center of Excellence 1LMX Deployment & Digital Transformation at Lockheed Martin, facilitating enterprise digital transformation through software deployment and stakeholder collaboration. In addition to this role, Kaila acts as the Co-Chair for Intern/College Engagement with the Black Excellence Council and holds the position of President for the Lockheed Martin-Marietta Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). As the Founder of both BioStrandz and SEEK Resources, Kaila has demonstrated a commitment to innovation in biotechnology and resource management. Previous roles include senior positions in project cost control at Honeywell and technology integration consulting at Cerner Corporation, alongside leadership in various NSBE initiatives aimed at enhancing the representation and success of Black engineers. Kaila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Systems Engineering from Kansas State University.
