Laura Frank is a retired Vice President at Lockheed Martin, where they led organizations through significant change for over 20 years in various engineering leadership roles. Currently, Laura is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the Training and Logistics Solutions line of business. They previously served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in Lockheed Martin Australia/New Zealand, playing a vital role in building sovereign capabilities. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rhode Island College. Additionally, Laura is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Center for Simulation and co-executive sponsor of Lockheed Martin’s Women Impact Network.
