Lindsay Forcade

Lindsay Forcade, MBA, serves as the Digital Transformation & Communications Lead for Global Strategy & Development at Lockheed Martin since 2023, focusing on implementing new technologies and driving urgent transformations to enhance service delivery. Previously, Lindsay held positions including Confidential Assistant in the 44th Presidential Administration, Head of Communications & Reporting at Wayfair, and Special Advisor to the CFO at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where recognition included the 2016 United States Secretary of the Treasury’s Honor Award. Additional experience encompasses a Senior Manager role at Deloitte and an MBA Strategy & Ops internship at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, an MBA from Georgetown University, and ongoing studies in the Public Leadership Program at Harvard Kennedy School and in history and English at Columbia University. Lindsay is also nominated for Lockheed Martin's Aspire emerging leaders program for 2025.
