Lisa Goude-Vera

Lisa Goude-Vera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise learning and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin since January 2015. In this role, Lisa oversees a team of 43 managers, employees, and contractors across various work formats, with a focus on new employee orientation and technical training budget management. Prior to this, Lisa held positions of increasing responsibility in learning and development, achieving notable ROI improvements. Lisa's prior experience includes consulting as an Agile Scrum Master and serving as a Technical Program Manager at Acxiom, where leadership responsibilities spanned HRIS and HCM applications. Lisa holds both a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both from Arkansas Tech University.
