Matthew Moss

Matthew Moss, MBA, MSF, has a diverse background in financial management and military leadership. Currently serving as Staff Financial Management (FP&A) at Lockheed Martin since December 2020, Matthew previously operated as Managing Partner at Mossberg Strategic Capital, where responsibilities included business strategy and project governance. Prior experience also includes a role as Senior Manager, Finance (FP&A) at Target, focusing on long-term financial goals for substantial inventory investments. A veteran of the US Navy, Matthew held multiple leadership positions, including Naval Flight Officer and Assistant Professor, where contributions included mentoring midshipmen and managing aviation safety programs.
