Matthew Richardson is currently an Associate Fellow and System Engineer Sr. Staff at Lockheed Martin, where they lead research and development efforts in advanced systems, including digital twin technology and AI/ML applications. With a background as a Mechanical Engineer at BAE Systems and DRS Technologies, Matthew contributed to the design and development of complex systems for electronic warfare and vehicle diagnostics. They earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University and the University at Buffalo, respectively.
