Michael Jones

Michael Jones is an experienced Engineering and Technology Manager at Lockheed Martin, with a focus on materials and process engineering since August 2012. Previous roles include providing engineering support for missile and fire control programs and managing materials engineering projects. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Michael worked at United Space Alliance, contributing to the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Booster and Ares I First Stage Programs as a Materials and Process Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing the full product cycle of materials and processes. Additional experience includes a research and teaching assistant role at the University of Florida and an engineering internship at the National Air Intelligence Center. Michael holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida.
