Michael Shaw has extensive experience in the fields of navigation systems and space-based positioning, holding various leadership roles across several organizations. After beginning a career at Air Force Space Command as Commander of 2 SOPS, Michael Shaw progressed through key positions at the Federal Aviation Administration and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, culminating in a directorial role at the US Department of Transportation. Subsequently, Michael served as Director at the National Coordination Office for Space-based PNT, and later at Lockheed Martin in a similar capacity, focusing on Global Business Development for Navigation Systems. Michael Shaw has been retired since June 2015 and holds a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Montana.
