Mike Oberti

Mike Oberti, P.E., is currently the Deputy Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they leverage their expertise in agile product management and systems engineering. With over two decades of experience in mechanical systems and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, they have previously held roles including Software Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin and Senior Systems Engineer at RFSpot, Inc. Mike has a strong history of fostering collaboration and implementing process improvements across diverse teams and has contributed significantly to advancements in national security and engineering excellence. They also served as a Board of Trustees member for the Mounted Patrol Foundation from 2022 to 2025.
