Aushajya Saikia has extensive experience in program management and data management across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager-Programs at ICCo India since August 2019, Aushajya is responsible for DPR preparation, resource mobilization, proposal development, and program implementation, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships and financial management. Prior to this role, Aushajya worked as Assistant Program Manager on livelihood projects related to handloom, handicrafts, and spices, where responsibilities included project management, community development, and capacity building. Aushajya's earlier experience at IQVIA involved clinical data management for a major study with 8000 subjects. Aushajya holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Bangalore University and is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Manipal University Jaipur, following a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Gauhati University.
