Nathan Hill

Nathan "Lothar" Hill is an experienced aviation and defense professional with a robust background in military operations and training systems management. Currently serving as the F-35 Simulator Site Lead and Training Systems Manager at Lockheed Martin, Nathan is responsible for overseeing the F-35 Full Mission Simulator at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, facilitating comprehensive training for F-35 pilots. Nathan's prior roles in the United States Air Force include Chief of Flight Operations for the Air Combat Command, where operational management and training initiatives were led for the combat-ready F-16 squadrons. Nathan's extensive leadership experience is further highlighted by serving as Operations Group Commander for the 455 Expeditionary Operations Group, overseeing joint combat squadrons, and holding various command and inspection-related positions throughout a distinguished military career.
