Pete Lichtenwalner

Pete Lichtenwalner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach and Agile Transformation Lead at Lockheed Martin, Lichtenwalner is focused on coaching agile teams and spearheading transformation initiatives for avionics software development. Previously, Lichtenwalner held significant leadership roles at Verint, including Director of Global L3 Support Engineering, where Lichtenwalner directed the Global Level 3 Support organization and developed strategic account management teams. Lichtenwalner has also contributed to various technology companies, including Vicar Networks, Witness Systems, and Hitachi Telecom, where Lichtenwalner led software development initiatives and engineering teams. Lichtenwalner holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
