Peter McArdle

Peter McArdle is a pioneering leader with over 30 years of executive-level experience leading complex engineering organizations and teams. Currently serving as the Program Director at Lockheed Martin's Integrated Systems, they excel in transforming organizational processes and optimizing cross-functional teams. Notable past roles include Commanding Officer at VMX-1, where they integrated advanced Marine aviation platforms, and TACAIR Department Head at MAWTS-1. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College.
